Library Guide for Students

Library study rooms are available at the Circulation Desk by reservation for group or individual study. Chromebooks with webcams are available by request.

Students may reserve a study room through Cranium Cafe (Reserve a Study Room button) from the library homepage. 

Study Room Policies

• Reservations are cancelled if the person who made the reservation does not check in at the Circulation Desk within 15 minutes after the start time of the reservation.
• Reservations are limited to 2-hour blocks per student/group per day. Extensions may be granted on a case-by-case basis depending on availability. 

Arriving for your appointment

1. When you arrive at the library, you must check in with library staff at the Circulation Desk. We will give you a reservation card and walk you to the room you reserved. 
2. Keep the reservation card on the magnetic clip outside your study room. 
3. You may use the Lock Block on the door if you need to exit the room during your reservation. Please push the Lock Block back when you leave at the end of your reservation so the door locks behind you.
4. When you are ready to leave, take your reservation card and return it to the Circulation Desk.
